洋書多読『Lost in Tokyo』70～71ページ

第九章続き。

小石川植物園で散歩をしていた主人公Willieは、Keikoの捜索を依頼してきたSaito CorporationのTanakaが女性と二人で話しているところを見つける。

その後、Tanakaとの食事に臨む。不機嫌そうなTanakaから、Keikoについての情報収集の進捗を聞かれる。Tanakaは何か焦っている様子。

Cosmos社に戻ったWillieは少し仕事をした後、編集者の一人Hiroshiと神楽坂に飲みに行く。HiroshiはKeikoを高く評価しているようだ。Hiroshiによれば、TanakaはSaito Corporation CEOの個人的な秘書のような人物らしい。

半沢直樹シーズン2の最終回を観ました。最後まで勢いよく駆け抜けていたなー。

最後の戦いに挑む半沢への花ちゃんのセリフが良かった。

生きてさえいれば、なんとかなる。
